The purpose of research is analytical investigations of stability of single-layer nanotubes BN and SiC, modelling of fuleren-likes crystals, SiC nanowire and BN/SiC nanocable and methods of preparation of nanocables BN/SiC synthesis. The conducted experimental researches on nanocables BN/SiC manufacturing by chemical vapour deposition from BCl3 and NH3 have shown a principled capability of their manufacturing. The optimum parameters of process of synthesis BN are determined. The calculations of electronic structure total energies and IR-spectras of oscillations of atoms completely optimized fuleren-likes of cages (SiС) of 12 and two types of (SiС) 24, and also dimers on their basis are conducted. For the first time researches are conducted on synthesis of BN coatings on a surface nanowiskers SiC from not deficient and non-toxic reactants (HCl, B, Н2, N2).
