It is investigated аnalgesic action of low intensity electromagnetic fields of optical and microwave ranges on painful syndromes at animals who are taking place in a condition of stress, participation of brainstem endogenous opioid and monoaminergic antinociceptive systems in such analgesia. Comparison of antinociceptive actions of white and color polarized light is carried out, and also efficiency of the combined action of small dozes of anagetics and low intensive electromagnetic fields is shown. The received results are important for understanding of the central mechanisms of actions of not pharmacological methods for treatment of pain and have theoretical and practical value.
