The subject of research is methods of context-addressed memory organization for the intellectual computer systems. The purpose of research is development scientifically-theoretical bases of creation the intellectual computer systems of recognition visual-speech images with elements of semantic perception and content-analysis of information texts. Actuality of development of memory organization method that stores data as sequences and allows executing fast data retrieval by content and associating elements of data is exposed. The method of data storage and processing on associative principle is developed. The theoretical estimation of this method and prospects of its application at the intellectual computer systems for speech recognition and at databases are given. The model of semantic perception of texts' words is developed. The method of large vocabulary vocal command recognition that is applicable to solving of several speech recognition tasks is offered. It is based on the proposed method of data storage and processing.
