Creation of the database of the effects of irradiation to biota. The express-method of determination of 90Sr activity in wood has been developed, substantiated and calibrated, and the radionuclides distribution and seasonal dynamics in the trees' organs have been determined. These data have been used for the algorithmic and program realization of the created dosimetric model. The dose rate - effect dependence for morphological changes has bee formulated and the dynamics of formation of these changes has been analyzed. The same dependences have been formulated for the cytogenetic damages and correlation between the effects at the various levels has been analyzed. The mechanism to relate these effects has been suggested. The levels of the dose rate which are proposed by the international institutions as safe for terrestrial ecosystems have been critically considered. The presentation version of the database has been created. Radiation protection of the Tnvironment.
