It was shown that NSE, being used as antitumor agent has individual ability to inhibit growth of main tumor node. But being used in complex therapy with cysplatin it has no influence on cytostatic activities of cysplatin. At the same time (in complex therapy with NSE) we observed urea and creatinine levels decrease in blood of animals; also it was shown that in kidneys of animals with tumors NSE (against a background of cysplatin chemotherapy) prevents phosphatidylcholine lysoforms accumulation as well as accumulation of lipids peroxidation products - which points on decrease of toxic effects of cysplatin on relatively normal tissues of animals with tumor. Our findings are pointing out on opportunity to use NSE in a complex therapy with cysplatin in order to improve general state of oncologic patient at the time of medical Product Description popup.authors Асмолкова В.С Бердишев А.Г.
