Their effect on the activity of the cells antioxidant enzymes, lipid peroxidation in vitro were determined. Based on the experimental data obtained we conclude that the investigated nanosized iron-oxygen structures of feryhidryte HF as well as goethite -FeOOH leads to oxidative stress. Proposals has made for further studies of nanoscale iron-oxygen structures in medicine, particularly oncology to prevent the growth of malignant tumor cells.The selective protective action of fullerenes С60 on normal but not malignant T cells, as well as selective cytotoxic action of photoexited fullerenes on malignant but not normal T cells was revealed. The obtained data make it possible to consider fullerenes С60 as perspective objects for the development of complex approaches in lymphomas therapy.
