The IC50 values of calixarenes C-192 and C-145 were 0,5 10-6 М and 2,5 10-6 М respectively. These low molecular weight organic compounds may serve the basis for the design of antithrombotic preparations. It has been established that synthetic peptide, which corresponds to fibrin fragment B 19-26, specifically inhibits fibrin formation in fibrinogen+thrombin system.
