Its testing was performed, too. Modified gold films were coated with immobilized monoclonal antibodies specific to fibrinogen, dissolved fibrin and its D-dimer. We studied the kinetics of interaction between these monoclonal antibodies and respective proteins by using the device Plasmon-5. Developed is the immunosensor for fast qualitative determination of fibrinogen, which can find wide application in clinical practice. Also developed is the facility Helicotester based on the ammonia sensor for diagnostics of stomach helicobacteriosis. With account of manufacturing simplicity, low cost and non-invasivity, the developed method and facility are very promising for epidemiologic and prophylactic investigations.
