The complex of indicators is substantiated. These indicators charactarize the ecological conditions of urbanized territories and on their basis the estimation method of ecological conditions of city aglomerations with remote sensing data is elaborated. The results of endogenic and exogenic landscape formation and their influence on geoecological conditions of urboterritories in time and space are propozed. Information properties of multispectral satellite data relative to urboecological problems are estimated. Optimal methods of digital processing of remote sensing data are determined. There are examples of complex analysis of ecological conditions of Kyiv, Mariupol and Herson.
