The purpose of work is development of methodical recommendations in relation to organization and leadthrough of energyaudit from checking of calculations of projects of tariffs for services of the centralized heating and supply of hot water. Methods of research - analysis of the systems, logical generalization, mathematical design. As a result of the conducted research the informative base of cost indexes of production and consumption of thermal energy and hot water is formed; they are executed economic analysis; methodical recommendations are developed in relation to organization and leadthrough of energyaudit from checking of calculations of projects of tariffs for services of the centralized heating and supply of hot water. The results of leadthrough of energyaudit must be taken into account at development (revision) of projects of tariffs, and also at preparation of projects legislative and normatively legal acts in relation to energy-efficiency and energy-savings. The results of SRW will be drawn on by the department of price policy of Department of economics of Ukraine at development normatively legal acts and governmental decisions in the field of pricing on services of warmly supply.
