The countries-leaders plans and programs about the further development of this sector are studied. The current situation description with introduction of bioenergy technologies in the European and world countries which are leaders in this direction is made. Low and financial stimulation factors of bioenergy development in the EU countries and the USA is analyzed, the expediency of their application in Ukraine is considered. The tree types of biomass potential estimation in Ukraine are spent. The projects feasibility study on introduction of such kinds of the bioenergy equipment as hot water straw fired boiler, hot water wood fired boiler, mini wood thermal power station, mini power station that uses landfill gas as a fuel, biomass cogeneration installation is made. Economic feasibility of large-scale introduction of biomass boilers for the direct substitution of natural gas is grounded. The "green" tariff application influence on the economic indicators of electric power production technologies from biomass is analyzed.
