The manufacturing techniques of breadboard models are considered. The design documentation is developed for manufacturing of breadboard models. At a stage of the technical offer and the outline sketch it is made two breadboard models of products. At a contract design stage the special self-cut core is developed for an osteosynthesis fractures of pelvis and dislocation-fractures of hip joint. At a contract design stage the design of the device which most meets the requirements of the technical project is chosen. In the course of work performance it is made four variants of breadboard models of devices of external fixation on the basis of rodes for treatment of the central hip dislocations and fractures of acetabulum.
