The subject of investigation is the system of managing of quality of educational activity in high educational establishment. The investigation was directed on working out the theoretical model of managing of quality of educational activity in high educational establishment, this model shows the essence of the process and working out and inculcation of normative model, which reflects the content and methods of activity on managing of quality of educational activity in high educational establishment and allows to increase the effectiveness of organizational and educational activity.
