In a report the factors and mechanisms of development are considered, influence of inflationary processes on development of industrial production of region is exposed. Modern problems and progress trends of industrial production of region under conditions of economic crisis, the features and theoretical and legal aspects of the informative provision of tasks of forecasting its development are investigated. The theoretical and methodical aspects of estimation of development' level, the methodological approaches to the modeling the tasks of forecasting the development of industrial production of region, prognosis models of custom payments on an import and export of commodities are thoroughly expounded.
