The aim of work - complex and objective evaluation of present technical and economical condition of industrial and social infrastructure of Lvivska, Ivano-Frankivska, Volynska, Rivnenska, Ternopilska districts in context of implementation of innovational model of regional development and further deepening of integration processes. Methods of research - methods of structural and logical analysis, system and comparative analysis, explicative method, method of analysis and synthesis. Complex evaluation of technical and economical condition of industrial and social infrastructure objects, as well as industrial assets of five districts of Western region of Ukraine during years 2003-2008 was accomplished. Main causes of worsening of technical and economical condition and unsatisfactory use of infrastructure objects and industrial assets in districts of Western region of Ukraine, as well as key directions for improvement of present management system of infrastructure objects were defined. Potential possibilities for modernization of fixed assets were determined; ways of improving of technical and economical state of infrastructure objects of the region's districts and methods for effectiveness's increase of these objects functioning were substantiated. Suggestions were given towards creation of conditions for attraction of private and institutional investors to financing of this area of national economy in order to provide stable development of industrial and social infrastructure, which would enable to increase the level of region's investment attractiveness and fulfill its economic potential.
