The aim is creation of geo-information infrastructure that provides a fast and efficient access, processing and delivery of geospatial information for the purpose of environmental monitoring and emergency situations. Method of research are structural analysis, object-oriented design, methods of numerical modeling, intelligent computations calculation. We developed geo-information infrastructure that provides fast and efficient access, processing and presentation of geospatial information for the purpose of environmental monitoring and emergency situations, such as floods. Within the infrastructure we provided automated workflow of SAR image processing. As a result of processing we operationally deliver geo-information services for flood mapping based on ENVISAT/ASAR data.
