The objective is development of principles and methods for the development of grid system for satellite data processing for the solution of problems in remote sensing domain in order to acquire information of new quality. Methodology - methods of systems analysis, mathematical modeling, data assimilation into models, numerical weather prediction, correlation and spectral methods of time series analysis. We have developed methods for fusing data from different sources, namely: satellite data with different spatial and spectral resolution and ground-based observations. The report presents the results on the adaptation of existing approaches to the creation of cascade of hydro-meteorological models for solving problems of drought monitoring, soil and vegetation state assessment for the territory of Ukraine. We also consider the implementation details of the cascade model for numerical weather prediction models and the heat and moisture transfer in the system "soil-plant-atmosphere" system. We have developed new magneto hydrodynamic models of global flows of the Sun and in their verification based on the methods of data fusion.
