The purpose: To determine character of immunophenotyping and molecular-genetic attributes of a tumor clone, feature of dermatostructures and immunogenetic structure in comparison to clinical current of malignant process at patients with CLL, MM, lymphomas.Methods: hematological, immunogenetic, immunological, cytogenetic, dermatoglyphic, cultural and molecular-genetic. The database for long-term clinic-genetic monitoring patients on chronic lymphoprolipherative diseases (205 patients) is generated. It is established, that a method highdoses chemotherapy with the subsequent autologic transplantation stem cells at patients with MM, lymphomas and protocols of treatment with inclusion purines analogues at patients with CLL has doubtless advantages before standard treatment. On the basis of the multialternative analysis associations the investigated genetic markers in comparison to current of disease, it is developed diagnostic-prognostic model of clinic-genetic observations for reference of the patient to concrete group of risk. On the basis of use diagnostic-prognostic models of genetic observations strategy risk - adapted of therapy of patients with CLL and MM has been developed.
