Purpose of study - to difine characteristic peculiaryty course chronical dyfusis liver desordes of clean-up workes Chernobуl accident to improve the level of diagnostic and to work out the optimal standart of treatment. The methоd of study: clinical, FGDS, echosonografe, dopplerografy of liver vaskular. The equipment::echosonografe, FGDS, personal computers. There were retrospective analisys and on the long term monitoring of clean-up workersChernobyl accident . There were determined clinical course and determing of factors of development include radiotoin factor, chronic difuses liver dіsease and dyagnostic creteria of this patology.Іn patient irradiated as a result of Chernobyl accident were determined particulary of functional for liver and the optimum ways of prophylaxi and treatment. The factors of chronic hepatitis development were-17,7 % virus infection (B-4,4%, C-13,3%), 8,9% - disordes of alcoholism, 73,3% patient had nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). The avarage dose irradiated patient with (NASH) was higher then patient with steatohepatosis. The level GGTP, ALT, glucose were correlation with an irradiation dose. Course of disordes had persist character, with citolic syndrom minimum action. The cholestasis syndrom was define in 15% occasion. Hyperfermentia and hyperbilirubinemia were diterme 80% patient. It was connected with other patology of gasrointestinal and biliary tract. The method of treatment and the optimum ways of prophylaxis for chronic difuses liver dіsease were improved, which were based on patogenic particulary and dischanges of liver vascular.1 patents on invention are given, 15 scietific publications and 2 information letters are published, 7 reports at conferens are reported.
