Total number of the study subjects was 525. Study objective: assessment of the efficacy of therapeutic and prophylactic remedies in metabolic disorders correction under leptinresistance and insulinresistance syndromes among the ChNPP accident survivors, and implementation in the healthcare practice. Study methods: clinical, anthropometric, biochemical, hormonal, instrumental, and statistical. It was revealed that IR and/or IR syndromes occur in ChNPP accident survivors in case of a less severe body mass excess than in general population. Administration of biguadnide preparation Metfogamma, sulfonurea Amaryl and thiazolidinedione Pioz is effective as hypoglycemic monotherapy in case of initial and mild forms of disease. Pioz and Metfogamma intake is followed by insulinresistance reduction. In case of ineffective oral hypoglycemic remedies the insulin therapy is absolutely indicated. Basis-bolus therapy with insulin analogues and insulin combination with sulfonurea is more effective that human insulin preparations in correction of carbohydrate metabolic disorders in diabetic patients having leptinresistance and insulinresistance syndromes. Serum triglyceride content lowering by means of fibrates administration restores physiological action of leptin, tends to food behavior normalization with leptinresistance decrease in diabetic type 2 patients having body mass excess. Puberty period is critical for insulinresistance initiation in adolescents and young adults. Complex program has been introduced for body mass decrease, being the set of tools for food consumption decrease, lowering of nutrients absorption, bowel peristalsis acceleration, amplification of energetic fission of proteins fats and carbohydrates leading to body mass decrease in children born from parents survived after the ChNPP.
