Hardware and software of measuring complex have been updated on principle, that considerably simplified and accelerated procedure of finding of the sought values.The statistical validity of results has been also improved. The work package on approbation of the measuring methods which allow carring out experimental researches of hormon-receptor interactions with participation of cell cytoskeleton in vitro have been realized. As objects of research the suspensions of cells such as erythrocytes, platelets, microalgae are used. The modelling approaches of control-based system testing of blood cells by the method of EHF-dielectrometry, representing being of stress of organism in a cellular level have been developed. Approaches are directed on further introduction of express analysis in the functional sensitivity evaluation of blood cells to epinephrine and other pharmaceutical remedies which are widely used in medical practice at therapy of cardio-vascular diseases of different etiology. It can be new direction in diagnostics of cardio-vascular diseases on the early stages of their development.
