The purpose of the work - on the base of theoretical and experimental investigation to create scientific and technical basis of manufacture new kinds of glasses, enamels, composite materials and nanocrystal systems. The vitreous and glass-crystal solid electrolytes for lithium secondary batteries on the base of oxide-salt borate and phosphate glasses and technological parameters of their manufacturing had been elaborated. The obtained materials have ionic conductivity above world analogs. The main dependence of properties for insulating glasses from their chemical composition had been determined. The practical compositions of glassceramic insulating covers for aluminium and mild steel are proposed and the technological parameters of their manufacturing are established. Production method of dense products of wear-resistant silicon carbide had been elaborated. The using for manufacturing process of glassy bond, which obtained by sol-gel method, is allowed to decreased power inputs of process. The fluorine free boricless titanocalcium enamel's compositions for enamelling of domestic and sanitary products and technological parameters of their manufacturing are proposed. The nanocrystal oxide systems on the base of tin dioxide and vanadium oxide are created. These systems allow to considerably to change some optical and electrical properties of optoelectronics and functional electronics equipment. Usage area - chemical industry.
