Aim of the work –the development of high energy density lithium-ion batteries which are different in high competitiveness, reliability and high efficacy due to using of the domestic materials, high efficient technology, way package and non-destructive control equipment of the physical-chemical parameters and defectoscopy of electrode structure. Optimum conditions and the parameters of technological process of lithium-dioxide of manganese spinel synthesis are determinate and the Technical requirements to the terms of its synthesis are developed. The cathodes based on a spinel synthesized under optimal conditions have shown the excess of specific weight and volume discharge capacity in comparison with the prototypes of the spinel produced by the company «Itochi», (Japan): by 26-40% at low and by 100% -130 at high current loads, respectively. The Optimum composition of composite electrode masses of positive and negative electrodes and technology of their manufacturing are determinate. Work efficiency of positive and negative electrodes with the optimized composition depending on non-aqueous electrolyte composition, charge and discharge current loads, macrostructure indexes and cycling range are investigated. Recommendations of non-aqueous electrolyte composition are developed. The engineering and design document for manufacturing the prismatic design lithium-ion accumulators is developed. The quality of the initial parameters of electrode structure has been determined by the non-destructive control method the pilot prototypes for the ultrasonic control of electrode structure are fabricated. Tests of experimental samples of lithium-ion accumulators based on the synthesized active materials within the wide range of performance parameters are made.
