The aim of the project is to develop the selective sensor devices which are based on using of composite imprinted membranes for monitoring of toxic organic substances in water bodies. Method of research is experimental, including adaptation of the method of molecular imprinting for preparation of thin polymeric layers imprinted with desmetryn, ibuprofen, nitroxoline, sodium metamethazole and sodium caffeinebenzoate on porous polymeric supports of the different chemical nature, design of the principle scheme and manufacturing of the experimental sample of the portable sensor device which is based on imprinted membranes as selective recognition elements. The equipment is the spectrophotometer, the bridge of an alternating current, the analyzer of the total carbon, membrane cells The performance of the developed experimental prototype of the sensor device based on imprinted membranes with differential capacitor cell for detection of toxic organic substances in aqueous solutions of different chemical compositions was studied. The design of the measuring cell was changed to increase the sensitivity of the sensor device. For the first time the basic opportunity of using of the change of dielectric permeability of imprinted membranes for development of sensor devices for monitoring of organic pollutants in water was shown and the appropriate prototype of the sensor device was manufactured. The approbation of the developed sensor device based on imprinted membranes was carried out with technological waters at "Borschagivskii chemical-pharmaceutical factory". It was shown that the portable sensor device allows express monitoring of active components of pharmaceuticals in technological waters and such device is perspective for reduction of the losses of pharmaceuticals during their manufacturing.
