This way was implemented by the flowing of the warm water (t 25-35 °C) in the leak-proof thin-walled shell (sleeves), putted on the surface of the local area. Temperature of 25 °C - 35 °C is fully corresponds with thermal options of the discharge industrial waters. On the case of the surfacial soil heating technology with the sleeves, principles for creation of the areas with thermally meliorated soils and structural layouts of the special thermal-meliorative systems for providing of extra-early plants, growing were designed.
