The effective method of receipt of epitaxial tapes of іtriy-barium cuprate of YBCO is developed on linings of GaN/sapphire. It is rotined that, in quality a buffer layer, YBCO of tape allows to get the use of the thin layer of MGO in thick 300 нм with a zero resistance at 80 K. These tapes were utillized farther for creation of ionic irradiation of anhysteretic jozefsonic hetaerastructures a method. Investigational possibility of generation of electromagnetic signals of free-form is by the chainlet of jozefsonic contacts on the basis of іtriy-barium cuprate. It is rotined that the most effective method of analysis of nondeterministic signal of ultrahigh-frequency is Gilbert-spectroscopy, based on frequency selective detection of electromagnetic radiation by superconductive jozefsonic transitions. By the developed method of analysis of base descriptions of nondeterministic signals of ultrahigh-frequency the spectrums of absorption of metanol and acetone were probed.
