The article of research is теоретіко-методологические bases of forming of culture of administrative activity. A purpose of work is development, theoretical ground, search and introduction of methods and technologies of increase of efficiency of culture of administrative activity. Research methods are pedagogical methods: spostrezhennya, conversation, questionnaire, testing, statistical analysis, differential analysis. The results of NIR are recommended for introduction in the uchebno-vospitatel'nyy process of technical universities of Ukraine during preparation of engineers, economists and technologists, for illumination in dissertation of "Forming administrative kompetennosti graduating students of technical universities of elektromashinobudivanikh specialities", writing of uchebno-metodicheskogo manual of "Forming of modern culture of administrative activity. The novelty of work consists in application of психолого-pedagogical technologies for forming of modern culture of administrative activity on an elektromashinobudivnomu enterprise. Application domain: uchebno-vospitatel'nyy process of elektromashinobudivnikh faculties of technical universities . Meaningfulness of work: introduction of principles of studies, related to humanizing and gumanitarizatsieyu of higher technical education, introduction of results of research in the educational process of technical universities, writing of the programs, reasons, dissertations, manuals. Conclusions: it is proved introduction on an enterprise, that forming of modern culture of administrative activity is the necessary factor of development of personality on a modern enterprise. Forecasting suggestions: necessity of introduction in the uchebno-vospitatel'nyy process of technical universities for preparation of future humanitarian technical elite of disciplines socially humanitarian cycle is pedagogics and psychology, psychology, management development of the socio-economic systems.
