THE PURPOSE OF WORK: ordering of data on technical and to the software of firm SIEMENS of creation of multilevel systems of automation; development of methodical maintenance and creation of a laboratory practical work for purchase of skills of designing of the communications in the automated systems; development of methodical materials and algorithms for programmed logic integrated schemes plans FPGA in systems of the electric drive of a field level. METHODS OF RESEARCH: the system analysis, methods of deduction, algebra of logic, programming, experimental check of theoretical results. It is analysed engineering descriptions of means of the communications, the contents of training courses on retraining engineers and electronic versions of textbooks. Laboratory stands for studying means of the communications are designed and produced. Construction of a three-level network (PROFIBUS, AS-Interface and Ethernet) and parametrization the equipment of the laboratory stand in package STEP7 is lead. Programming PLC in base language STL is executed. By means of package WinCC flexible the project of visualization is developed for the operator panel. Algorithms and programs FPGA-devices of controling of systems of automation of electric drives are developed.
