Moench., Valeriana officinalis L.) оn a becoming infected by their viruses is spent and the viruses infecting these plants also are found out. It is investigated biological and physical and chemical properties of the found out viruses and are received high-specific polyclonal rabbit antyserums to the viruses infecting Panax ginseng and Valeriana officinalis. Negative influence of a virus infection on a metabolism and the quantitative maintenance of the basic biologically-active substances in raw materials of plants Panax ginseng and Echinacea purpurea is established. Decrease in accumulation of photosynthetic pigments and a solid in above-ground weight of plants Echinacea purpurea is revealed at a virus becoming infected. It is investigated structure of microelements in a solid of an above-ground part and Echinacea purpurea it is established, that changes of the maintenance of microelements and their parities testifies to development of pathological process in plants. Recommendations about protection from virus infections of medicinal cultures (Panax ginseng, Valeriana officinalis, Plantago major L., and Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench.) are developed.
