The research objective is developing and generalizing of information systems creation methodology on the basis of integrated engineer-ing tool application along with decision-making intellectualization methods in program systems and complex technical machine-building systems design. The research objective is achieved due to: ontological knowledge organization complex application, artificial intelligence (AI) and using CAD-projects metadata, fuzzy logic, visual structured design approach, object-oriented approach, service-oriented and agent technologies for information systems development. The following results are gained: software for conceptual product graph generation on its CAD model on the basis of on-tology and visual structured approach is created, information system of the CAD-models of given product class identifica-tion is defined on the basis of experiments of their geometric and engineering ontology mapping. Software prototype for intellectual search in databases and data storages of product CAD-models, identifying objects on the basis of its ontologi-cal description is created. Information technology and method of object-oriented design of program systems with service oriented architecture, providing data processing on the basis of objects metadata and interconnections as ontology, meta-data and commutation model with use of AI methods for objects identification and search relevance estimation. The results of research are actual and correspond to world tendencies of development in the area of knowledge-oriented methodolo-gies of data processing and search automation, ontological and object-oriented approaches to application domain knowl-edge representation in program systems development, world requirements for AI tools development and integration level, modern tendencies in information systems implementation. The research work was held in respect to information search (analogs, design patterns) in databases and data storages in the process of program system design and computed-aided de-sign in the systems of product engineering. Model of fuzzy data processing is created, ontology and impletation patterns of neural-fuzzy nets and multi-agent systems is developed. Ontology mapping method is considered for various use: machine-building, CAD-systems, geometric figures ontology in CAD; ontology of application domain, program system and design patterns in software engineering. Information technology and method of construction assemblies analogs search in the CAD-projects metadata database for tuning method steps including AI methods for increase of decision-making quality.
