The Purpose of the work is an elaboration of recommendation on introduction logistic approach in practical activity of the enterprise. In process of the Resume about the Scientific-research work were used system, complex, structured and functional approaches. The Methods of the research are method of comparative, factorial and structured analysis, accounting and analytical method, method of estimations of experts, method of the building of the analytical tables and modeling of studied processes. Data processing was conducted by the usage computer technology. In the course of performing the work: are explored theoretical aspects of logistic approaches in process of the operating the subject of the management; is analyzed modern condition of logistic activity in machine-building branch; is reflected organizing model of logistic chain of the enterprise on base of the phase distribution material flow; is advanced method of state the value of logistic system efficiency; theoretical results are checked on practice. The Results of the Scientific-research work: is offered configuration of the optimum model of logistic system; is designed the structure of the strategic plan of the development of logistic activity of the enterprise; is designed the project of the corresponding posts instructions.
