Aim: synthesis of biospecific triazine dye-silica chromatography sorbents for high-purity preparations of blood plasma proteinases isolation. During the performance of Scientific work we used methods of chemical synthesis, alcoholic, salt and PEG-fractionating, affinity and gel chromatography, centrifugation, electrophores and other methods of analysis of preparations. Such scientific-applied results are got: 16 new sorbents is synthesized; they are studied physical and chemical properties which characterize them high firmness and stability during chromatography researches of proteins solutions; possibility of application of synthesized sorbents is shown for a selection and cleaning of serine proteinases, such as factors IX, II, VII and X. A creation of technology of one-step receipt the high purity preparations of the factor VIII from solution of cryoprecipitate from other albuminous admixtures. Industry of application: stations of blood transfusion, chemical-pharmaceutical enterprises, scientific research organizations. Equipment: preparation centrifuges, chromatography columns, spectrophotometer, device for electrophores, preparation chromatography et al. Degree of introduction: the results became the article of request on the invention of laboratory regulation of selection and cleaning of serine proteinases of haemostasis cascade, request on an invention, registration card of technology, informative sheet about an innovation in the system of health protection. Efficiency: introduction of the offered developments will enable to create new technology of receipt of proteinases preparations from subfractions of blood plasma.
