The aim of research is to develop a scientific basis, principles of creation a ground antenna complex and software for receiving, processing and analyzing information of Earth remote sensing (ERS) from the spacecraft to monitor natural resources in the area of Zmiyinyi Island and solve applied problems of national economy. Survey is the technology of remote sensing from spacecraft, ground facilities receiving information of Earth remote sensing. Methods based on system analysis, mathematical modeling followed by experimental verification of the hypotheses adopted, system design, the theory of automatic control. In the first section on the basis of the analysis and evaluation of existing technology solutions for the monitoring areas based on Earth remote sensing developed structural, functional kinematic scheme of the ground station antenna of Earth remote sensing data reception. The second part is devoted to developing mathematical models of antenna system and its individual components. The third and fourth sections are considered the structural, functional, schematic diagram of ground remote sensing information receiving antenna complex control. A software algorithm flowchart was developed. Design documentation was developed and control system for antenna systems units was modeled and manufactured. Experimental study of static pointing errors was conducted. In the fifth section an analysis, calculations and justification requirements for radio parameters of the complex remote sensing was done. Antennas waveguide tract was made. In order to verify the adequacy of the models, control system prototype was created. The experimental research of antenna station was carried out.
