Materials are necessary for the realization of qualified state control over the compliance with the requirements of environmental legislation in the technogenic accidents area and on territories of the increased risk. Actuality of work is stipulated by the numerous technogenic accidents and presence of considerable quantity of territories of the increased risk, for which there is no enough information, including cartographic, about the state of object and environment, that complicates timely and effective management decision making concerning the elimination the consequences of pollution.
