The purpose of research - to reveal new factors having effect on water exchange between surface and ground water, as well as to study combined effect of natural (landscape-geochemical) and technogenous (137Сs-contamination) factors on realization of bioeffects. Research methods: geological, geophysical, statistical, cartographical and epidemiological. New factors of energy and mass transfer in the cover deposits were revealed. Of all factors revealed, the basic ones are current intensity, potential and strength of the electromagnetic field, being formed in the atmosphere and lithosphere. Zones of radioecological risk were distinguished for Zhitomir region, based on dose-landscape, dose-effect and time-effect relationships.
