It is developed a quality monitoring of fluctuation of oxidation of elements of pig-iron on tuyere, algorithm of forecasting and stabilisation of quality of pig-iron taking into account these fluctuations and a new quality monitoring of distribution of the fuel additive and oxygen between tuyeres. On the basis of these methods the advanced computer control thermal system will be created by a mode of domain fusion. Economic efficiency of such system makes more than 10 grn/t pig-iron.
