It was shown that experimental data of dependence of the atomic diffusion coefficients of metal implants and impurities on temperature in the Arrhenius coordinates for nanostructured ceramics layers based on the aluminum oxide can be used for estimation of impurity mobility in other nanostructured systems. A model and recommendations were proposed for application in production technology of thin film solar cells and composite compounds from different metals and metal/ceramics systems, and in other various fields.
