The new model of sustaіnable development, on the base of which the row of influence researches of the parameters and the descriptions of society is conducted on sustaіnable development, is developed. There are created the "types" on the row of countries with the estimation of the possible ecological, social and economical threats. The analysis of world conflicts, which conformity to law and prognosis of the global conflicts motion is built as a result of, is conducted. The special research, related to development and application of the system of the globalization processes measuring (birth-certificates of globalization), which are formed different factors, in common characterizing integration, interconnections and general changes in development of the state, is conducted. Expedience of such research is conditioned the issues of the day and tendencies especially within the limits of the state or territories, which are gradually ousted by the uncontrolled processes of the globalization, standardization and integration of all humanity in a single environment. The conducted complex research of sustaіnable development of regions of Ukraine enabled, foremost, to create a number of indexes of regional development, which relevant reproduce the results of economic, social and ecological policy of central and local organs of state power.Such indexes are formed and grounded on the basis of generalization of results of foreign and domestic theoretical researches and practical developments on questions of sustaіnable development. The high-quality comparative analysis of level of the different countries of the world globalization is executed depending on such most essential measurings (indicators) of their community development and safety, as state and political stability, global and regional safety, level of democratization, level of fight against criminality, inequality between people and world countries, scales of corruption, peaceable disposition of country and potential possibility to assassinating in it.
