The decreasing of diameter of a cast core on steels with Zn-coatings because of brittle fracture was established experimentally. The comparative analysis of existing classes of electrode stuffs, master schedules of their obtaining, path of perfecting of stuffs and technology is conducted, outgoing from nature of such requirements for each class of materials. Allowance of need for manufacture of materials and welding rods technological saturation, consumptions of materials, electric power and other factors, for mining and the introduction a powder CM such as pseudo-alloys on the basis of copper and tungsten, and also CM on the Cu and Mo basis made by a method of electron-beam evaporation - condensation are selected .
