Parametrs of the process, which permit to receive the fine films with thickness less than 20 mkm and with micro- and nanocrystalline structure, were determined. Consolidated samples were produced by compacting of fine films of Al-Si alloy, they were heat threated and mlcrohardness tested. It was shown that it is possible by method of rapid solidification process to produce materials of Al-Si system with micro- and nanocrystalline structure, which are remaining enough stable during next processing stages.
