The obtaining of the optical positions and proper motions of galaxies, stars, Solar System bodies and comets, determination of their photometrical parameters, Earth rotation parameters and circumstances of the occultation and eclipses and kinematic patterns of the Galaxy are a research aim. The analysis of modern star catalogues, positional and photometrical observations of stars, Solar System bodies, comets, occultation and eclipses are the method of these investigations. During reporting period the following results were obtained: The positional observations of comet S/2006 W3 Christensen and star fields were conducted with AZT-7 telescope. The processing and study of the observational data obtained during the 2008-2009 (about 200 images) have been conducted. The coordinates of comet and stars were obtained. The coordinates of comet S/2006 W3 Christensen had been sent to the MPC database. A first version of the catalog of absolute proper motions of about 280 million stars, covering all the sky was created and its initial analysis was conducted. A new second version of the catalogue, which is based on new procedures of cross-identification was created. These procedures were significantly influenced on the quality of absolutization and a number of stars in the catalogue were some changed. This version does not contain the gaps near the galactic equator. A database of modern astrometric catalogues was created. It contains more than 350 gigabytes of information and provides quick and efficient access to any catalogue. This complex with developed software is the base for our further work.
