Karazin popup.description2 A research object is a process of the governmental control of national economy. A research subject are theoretical and applied aspects of the innovative model formation of the strategic socio-economic development.Purpose of the work: explanation of the scientific and technical basis of the methodological level related to the perfection of strategic management of the innovative model of development in Ukraine. Research methods are: the one of the analysis and synthesis, dialectical cognition, logical modeling, system analysis, statistical methods of research, classification. Results and their implementations: - there is defined the development of the scientific schools in the economic field of economics with subsequent activation of innovative potential for alteration of economy of knowledge, able to generate new ideas and apply them effective in practice; - there are offered measures, related to the realization of the innovative model of national economy, able to unite all the needed components into the general reproductive loop of growth of the new technological mode, and also measures for the creation of conditions to modernize and increase the efficiency of the whole of national economy; - there is improved the national model of the corporate rights frame which will entail the increase of the responsibility level in a management of associations, corporations or enterprises; - there are defined the positive changes in the development of hi-tech industries and production of the science intensive, power-intensive and export-oriented products with the purpose of the state transit potential increase: development of industry, fuel and energy complex, development of shipbuilding industry, reformation of the fiscal system, improvement of the transport system and providing the competitiveness of agro-industrial sector; - there are offered conceptual blocks of governmental control of the banking system in the conditions of the economic globalization which will provide stimulation of the business and investment activity, maintainance of trust of the citizens to the domestic banks and the increase of their financial stability; - there is offered a conceptual model which is based on monitoring and estimation of parameters of the use of profitable base of the population and is used as a basis for the priorities choice of the realization of regulator influence within the framework of realization of strategy of governmental development control of middle class in Ukraine. Application degree: the offered recommendations deepen in outline the scientific and concrete scientific research methods on the base of the conducted research with the use of statistical information and generalization of the last monographic researches. The practical value of results consists in the opportunity to use the innovative model of national economy, that will allow to take the national economy out of crisis and to provide its dynamic growth through stimulation of diffusion of new technologies, productions, organizational methods and principles. Application branch: in the part of the implemented research which was got through the approbation, there were received the certificates about the applying in industry. Particularly, the researches were exploited in the work of the Ministry of Industrial Policy, in the Main Economic State Administration of the Kharkov region, in the State Tax Administration of the Kharkov area, in the Kharkov Territorial Governing Administration of the State Commission of Prices and Fund Market, in the Executive Committee of the Makeevskiy State Council, in the Ministry of Economy of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in the V.N. Karazin Kharkov National University on an Economic Faculty by teaching a number of disciplines. Economic efficiency: there is developed a method of the management corporate rights estimation with the particle of the state rights property; there is defined the efficiency of scientific and technical potential to create the science intensive, power-intensive and export-oriented products development; there is defined the efficiency of the employment level in high- and middle technological branches of industry and there is set a presence of the two constituents, one of which determines the size of the living wage, and the other - by the profit receipt from the property. Prognosis suggestions in relation to the research object: there is built a model of the corporate rights in Ukraine and there is offered the conceptual model of the realization of the governmental control strategy to develop the middle class in Ukraine.
