The method for preparation of such nanoobjects has been developed. A physical background for the high-gradient magnetic fields generation are discussed. Some basic schemes of small magnetic systems high-gradient magnetic fields generation have been considered and the formulas for the fields calculation as well as the methods for the measurements of such magnetic fields are discussed. Experimental investigations of magnetic nanoparticles motion in the gradient magnetic fields have been carried out.
