Mentioned H-titanat is perspective for the use as cathode material in lithium galvanic current sources. Cathode material on the basis of flaked particles of Mg(ON) 2 at the discharge of source to 1,5 V has a power specific-capacitance 872 мА hour/ g. Power specific-capacitance of sources with cathodes on the basis of thin flaked and formed from them tubular particles of magnesium hydroxide considerably more low has 344 мА hour/g and 229 мА hour / g accordingly. The impulse laser irradiation of nanodispersed TiO2 results in narrowing of concentration intervals of the geterophased states as a result of laser compensation of structural defects effect, that appropriately conduces to some diminishing of "host" loading degree at higher discharge tension. Increasing of current density of cathode polarization especially at the high degrees of the "host" loading disbalanced the rate of lithium cations suppling to inetrphase and the rate of their diffusion to "host" positions, that causes appearance gradient inculcated lithium. That also conduces to the blocking of subsequent intercalation and appearance and growth the thickness of passive superficial layer. Increasing of maximal degree of the "host" loading value as a result of laser irradiation is possible to attain by the previous doping of dioxide titan Fе or magnetite Fe3О4. The physical mechanism of this effect is related to laser feritization, the result of which is density growth of the states at the region of Fermi level which predetermines planning view of Gibbs energy functional dependence.
