An electrochemical source with a cathode on the basis of titania, annealed at temperature 500 C has the highest power specific-capacitance. During discharging of source to voltage 2,2 V its specific-capacitance is 860 mA hour/g and in two times exceeds the specific-capacitance of source with a cathode on the basis of origin pyrogenic TiO2. The highest capacity during electrochemical intercalation of lithium atoms in "host" material is demonstrated by X-ray amorphous Н-titanat which has the layered structure. Cathode material on the basis of flaked particles of Mg(ON) 2 at the discharging of source to 1,5 V has a power specific-capacitance 872 мА*hour*g-1. Power specific-capacitance of sources with cathodes on the basis of thin flaked and formed from them tubular particles of magnesium hydroxide considerably more low and makes 344 мА*hour*g-1 and 229 мА*hour*g-1 accordingly. It is shown that at the use of polyetylenglucole or the chloride of cetyltrymetylamonia it is possible to get the nanoporous samples of TiO2 and TIO(ON) , that increases the amount of the inculcated lithium atoms and working time of electrochemical current source considerably. It is found that increasing of maximal degree value of the "host" loading as a result of laser irradiation it is possible to attain by the previous alloying titania by iron or Fe3О4, that it is related to density growth of the states at a region of Fermi level.
