For the estimation of the efficiency of the price policy that is carried out on trade enterprises it is recommended to apply the complex approach based on the use of different directions' indicators. The recommendations for the estimation the complex system of the efficiency of the price policy of trade retail enterprises depending on the aims of its formation that is based on the multicriterion approach are being worked out and offered. The distinguishing criteria for achievement the appropriate aim are principals, that is the level and the dynamics of its appropriate indicators are to be answer the given requirements. Only in the case of implementation of such condition the price policy may be identify as effective, which is answer the given aim. So, the appropriate price policy has its own hierarchy of distinguishing criteria. The compulsory condition of the effective price policy is the achievement of the given aim.
