Purpose of the work is research and development of seismically safe technology of mining of the reserves of the Western area of the Central deposit. Purpose of the stage of the work is development of seismically safe technology of mining of the beds of the Western area of the Central deposit of the Ingul'skaya mine of SE "VostGOK". Tasks of the research - 1. Substantiation of standard seismically safe parameters of soil vibrations on the surface from underground explosions taking into account description of dwelling houses of Kirovograd city above the Western area of the Central deposit. 2. Development of seismically safe technology of mining of the reserves of the Western area of the Central deposit. Methods of the research are an analysis of the research before conducted and control supervisions, inspection of buildings in the area of the supposed blast effects, estimation of technological conditions, development of seismically safe technology of mining the reserves of the Western area of the Central deposit. Results of the research contain the analysis of mining-and-geological and geomechanical conditions, substantiation of seismically safe technology in the area affected by blasting of the Ingul'skaya mine on the district of dwelling houses at mining of the beds of the Western area of the Central deposit. There was developed the seismically safe technology of mining of the reserves of the Western area of the Central deposit taking into account mining-and-geological, geomechanical and mining-and-technical conditions, permissible velocities of the soil displacement near the buildings, seismically safe parameters of drilling and blasting and depth of mining. There were established and substantiated mining-and-technological conditions and developed seismically safe technology of mining of the reserves of the Western area of the Central deposit. Social value is providing of safe mining activities and safe integrity of the environment and dwelling houses at mining of the reserves of the Western area of the Central deposit of the Ingul'skaya mine of SE "VostGOK". Results of the research effort will be used in practice by the specialists of the Ingul'skaya mine and management of SE "VostGOK" at designing and production of single blasts, development of measures to provide the safe integrity of dwelling houses of the village of Velyka Balka, Kirovograd city, as well as by local governments, State Mining Industrial Supervisory Body of Ukraine et alias. Prognosis suggestions about development of the subject of the research: organization of the seismic monitoring at mining of the beds of the Western area of the Central deposit of the Ingul'skaya mine of SE "VostGOK".
