Using molecular-biological, genetic and immunofluorescent methods of analyses the transgenic nature of the selected plant lines have been proven; the stable integration of marker genes into their genomes have been shown; the resistance to trifluralin, as it was established inherits as dominant nuclear trait; and it was found the high microtubule resistance to trifluralin in transgenic lines to be an evidence of effective expression of transferred gene. The vector constructs based on cassets with mutant tubulin gene and carrying human lactoferrin gene have been created for plant genetic transformation and obtaining new lines - the producers of pharmaceutical lactoferrin protein. The successful transformation of barley by these genes have been carried out.
