Among them 96 persons born in 1986 - 1987 years at the time of Chernobyl accident were studied. In patients from contaminated by radionucleids and uncontaminated territories the significant differences in biological subtypes of leukemias were stated. The leukaemic stem cells in patient with some forms of acute myeloid and lymphoid leukemies show evidence of differentiation along two or three lineages.
