Scientific basis of the offered direction of increase of functional parameters of cog-wheel pump is development of new physical and mathematical model of principle of serve of working liquid. Essence of the offered physical model of process of festering of working liquid consists in combination two oppo-sitely directed process: process of festering and process impedimental festering of working liquid. Ex-posed duality in nature of process of serve allowed to find the new going near the increase of specific serve of cog-wheel pump by diminishing influence of negative constituent of process of serve. The developed mathematical model of process of serve and its research allowed to define basic di-rections in to perfection of parameters of the toothed hooking of rocking knot of pump in the direction of increase of its specific serve.
